Acrobats of Two Worlds (short stories)

iWrite Cre­ative Team under­took the art direc­tion of an extra­or­di­nary pocket-size anthol­ogy of short-stories, all writ­ten by new authors based in Thes­sa­loniki. The book is titled Acro­bats of  Two Worlds (Greek: Ακροβατές Δύο Κόσμων) and was printed in Greece under high stan­dards. The book is already on its sec­ond edi­tion, and it is avail­able via online book orders, book events and cho­sen bookstores.

The iWrite Cre­ative Team was respon­si­ble for design­ing the cover and the back­cover of the book, along with print­ing it in one of the finest paper qual­ity. The result is so unique that inspires with its design through all its 242 pages of 12 x 21 cm dimen­sions. What’s more, iWrite devel­oped a fully func­tional book promo site and pro­duced an impres­sive tool for online 3d book pre­view expe­ri­ence.

Open source soft­ware was used through­out the edit­ing process of the spe­cific project while the devel­op­ing and imple­men­ta­tion was done in Mac OS X envi­ron­ment. The soft­ware pack­ages that were used are:

where is it stand­ing now?
This very unique pocket-size anthol­ogy of short-stories was totally founded by iWrite Pub­li­ca­tions (with the kind sup­port of The­Source Pub­lish­ing). Its 1st edi­tion is already sold, and the 2nd is due to hit the Greek bookstores!

The book is avail­able via online book orders (thanks to the a very func­tional book promo site), carefully-organized book events (such as par­tic­i­pat­ing in the Annual Thes­sa­loniki Book Fes­ti­val, book pre­sen­ta­tion at the Cen­tral  Munic­i­pal Library of Thes­sa­loniki etc.), and soon via cho­sen book­stores around Greece.
